The park, called Ryan’s Inspiration Skate Park, is being dedicated to Ryan Didone, the son of Montgomery County Police Captain Thomas Didone.  Ryan was a sophomore at Damascus High School when he died in 2008 in a car accident at the age of 15.  Capt.
